ShopAtix is a business-to-business (B2B) platform designed exclusively for:

• Individual sellers managing an online store
• Resellers sourcing and reselling products through their ShopAtix storefront
• Wholesalers listing bulk inventory and managing trade orders

To use ShopAtix you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Operate a legitimate business or trading activity
• Provide accurate business and identity information during registration

All users of the ShopAtix platform – whether individual sellers, resellers, or wholesalers – agree to: List only products they legally own, have sourced legitimately, or are authorised to resell, Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels at all times, Fulfil orders promptly and as described in their listings, Honour quoted minimum order quantities (MOQs) for wholesale listings, Comply with all applicable local, national, and international trade laws, Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted goods of any kind, Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in good faith.

Resellers must ensure that all products listed on their storefront are legally sourced and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Wholesalers listing bulk pricing are solely responsible for honouring the terms of any bulk orders placed through their store.

ShopAtix maintains the right to remove any listing that:

• Contains false, misleading, or exaggerated product claims
• Includes counterfeit or unlicensed branded goods
• Promotes illegal, restricted, or hazardous products
• Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not meet the minimum listing quality standards set by ShopAtix

Repeated violations of listing standards may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

All payments processed through ShopAtix are subject to the following:

• ShopAtix charges a platform fee of 2.5% per transaction, deducted before payout. Payouts are disbursed according to your chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or manual) as configured in your Payment Settings.
• For wholesale or bulk transactions exceeding ₦500,000 (or equivalent), ShopAtix reserves the right to apply additional verification before releasing funds. ShopAtix is not liable for delays caused by third-party banks, payment processors, or network issues.
